Shipping & Return Policy

1- Shipping 

Our products are shipped from the UAE, shipping across all emirates. 

UAE (All Emirates) 

  • Standard Delivery: 25 AED. (delivery within 1-2 working days)

  • Free delivery on orders above 400 AED. (delivery within 1-2 working days)

  • Cash On delivery: 25 AED. (delivery within 1-2 working days)

You can track order with tracking number/ order number received on your email after placing the order. You will also receive a tracking through WhatsApp from our delivering partner. 

Sunday of the week is off day, any order placed on Sunday, will be confirmed for delivery from Monday.   

If your order couldn’t be delivered by our delivery partner due to wrong address or contact information, return/cancellation fees will apply.

2- Return Policy: 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please initiate your request within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for items requested after this 30-day period has passed.

We only offer return and refund for the below cases: 

1- Item received is damaged or defected 

2- Item received is wrong

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Original items received correctly and without any damage or defect 

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return: 

1- We require providing your order number or any proof of purchase.

2- Email us with your order, product and it’s photo to be returned at: sales@reskincare.com 

3- Return timelines will be communicated upon approving your return/ exchange 

Order Cancellations
In case you changed your mind regarding the purchase and want to cancel the order, please email us. If your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

If your order has been shipped such cancellation will not be possible.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

3- Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. (subject to your bank timelines). 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4- Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

5- Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@reskincare.com OR contact us via Whatsapp business: +971524037907

6- Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
